Newest AMD video card drivers = Crap!??

Over the last two years all the newer R280 drivers are fu and cause major flickering!!
I have tried every single one over the last 2 years and their are many, also installed them properly, thoroughly uninstalling every thing associated with them. Notta !
The Only one that works is from Dec 2016 version 16.12.1. Im kinda tired of messing with their PPP for their new drivers.
Idk wtf they're thinking....

    Get OBS program. It records what's happening on the screen and doesn't glitch. Or try another screen recorder.
