I had been wondering how you’ve gotten along without Bendik, so was happy to see this video. Spring is swelling in the land and heart! Bendik and his Mom will always remember their experiences together, so that time was priceless for them and it seems you’ve survived well and had time to ponder life. Sometimes we need that silence and cocooning process to figure out our next step in life, much like a tulip is nurturing underground before it blooms. It's Spring here in Maine finally also. Daffodils, tulips, grape hyacinths, dandelions, columbine (my favorite) close to flowering...I bought and planted a Gaultheria procumbens (aka American wintergreen, Eastern teaberry). Do you have this plant where you live? When I was a kid it grew in the woods where I lived in Massachusetts. We used to chew the leaves. There is a chewing gum here called teaberry and it tasted like that. Happy May and reunion with Bendik 💚

Thank you for all the scenic videos. Loved the rushing waters, flowers and the tranquility of your scenes. I was so proud of myself. When you showed the lavender colored flowers, I thought, "hepatica", and I was right! I don't know how I knew that, but they are so beautiful. Thank you! We have had a warm winter, but a cooler spring, and the bushes and flowers are just now blooming. It IS hard to think spring and then get caught with a snow shower. I hope spring stays for you now, too.
