Y'all some grown men and women in the comments about who came from the worse hood please just stop go to work and stop having that "I'm from the hood" mindset
-
I was born and raised in DC and I'm so glad my parents got a house in Silver Spring when I was young. Not all DC people are bad but man some don't ever grow out of that "I'm from the hood" mindset. Some Latino and Blacks don't ever grow out of it or takes them a long ass time. Look the comment section, they bragging about who city more hard and ghetto. lol

For all yaw sayin dc and pg not ghetto get out da car and walk thru one of these hoods and see Wasup
-
And this the gentrified version. Imagine back in the 80's and 90's.

I lived in District Heights way back in the 60’s and early 70’s. It was a really nice neighborhood back then. We lived at the Walker Mill Apartments back then. I was in elementary school and remember the school being really good. I know that things have change quite a bit in the many decades since then.

this video proves we should change dmv to DM. VA should be grateful we put them on the map
-
I was born and raise in Southeast DC/ Oxon Hill, MD from 1975- 1992. Some of the places barely changed.
-
Anacostia is no joke. I lived there for a minute. That shit goes HARD.

Great vid, as crazy as it sounds, I miss home sometimes.
-
this had to of been the most peaceful ride through the city. y'all rode through all the main hoods yet I never seen DC quiet like that
-
Now I remember why I left in 1997. Outside of a few, and I mean few brief visits, I haven't been back. Glassmanor .
