Saying he reveres the office but loves his country more, President Biden gave what some may have been one of the most important speeches of his political career Wednesday night. News4JAX Political Analyst and Head of the Jacksonville Public Policy Institute Rick Mullaney joined News4JAX Anchor Bruce Hamilton on the Morning Show Thursday to discuss key points of Biden's speech.
