Technically it's just from 1998 (at least for the version I used, which is from the 75th Anniversary Montage), but shorter versions from 1999 to 2020 is more or less the same thing and that's why the years for the fanfare in general (both short and long versions) I consider from 1998 to 2020, until, of course, when the fanfare got redone in 2021.
