A full playthrough of the parody fangame Parallel Dimensions '99, created in 1999 by Alluro (aka JudgeSpear). This is definitely not a superplay and shows just how much I suck at these sorts of games sometimes, but it's not all my fault - the game's pretty hard, even nowadays in 2012. Stage 3's boss is an absolute nightmare and I'd never beaten it in previous attempts at a full game run. It's a great game, though.

I am planning to remake this game in the near future, mostly to make the weapons system less convoluted and make it more Gradius-like. This is a great playthrough...it shows that even though this is my first serious attempt at making a game, it still is quite playable.

Thanks! I read that you were remaking this when searching for the link to re-download this game so I could have the original music (most of it was lost when I switched PCs a few years ago), and that's what inspired this playthrough. :P It's no surprise that the games you're making now are incredible given that this was the first thing you made, though. This game is A LOT of fun. (Of course, I suck at Xeno Fighters R, haha...) I can't wait for the remake!

I can't upload the version I have since it has custom music. You might have to ask JudgeSpear2 to reupload the game somewhere.
