The presenter had been given the best actress Oscar card by mistake that had "La la land - Emma stone" written on it. The first guy thought it looked wrong so hesitated, I guess to find a way to explain (might have just been better if he aloud said straight away they had the wrong card). After that, all the envelopes now have the category written on it so that it never happens again. The poor people behind la la land gave several minutes of speeches before they were told, but regardless of how pissed they were, they made a point of wanting to be the ones to hand over the oscars to the moonlight team to show their respect. Was one of the most mortifying things I've ever watched!
