Tribal Villagers Hear Acapella (Pentatonix) for the FIRST TIME! Body Language Analyst Reacts!

Published 2024-04-27
Is body language universal? Do we all express certain feelings the exact same way? The Youtube channel @TRYBALS exposes Tribal people to western products, music and videos for the first time. But what can their body language tell us about how they really feel about these experiences? And are there some non-verbal behaviors that don't translate at all? Find out now?

Abdul being a kryptonite for body language analysts is such a power move by Abdul 😂😂😂

I absolutely love this branch of body language analysis. It isn't only about truth and lies - it is also how we meet as fellow human beings. ❤
  • I was actually laughing out loud when you said contact Abdul for interrogation purposes, that was hilarious! 🤣 Loved it
  • @harryevans1111
I love how honest you are about Abdul. A lesser expert would claim to draw conclusions about that human statue. You have the confidence to say, “I have no idea what he’s thinking” 👏

20:16 As a South Asian myself, Muharam turning his ONE hand up is recognizable very easily as a "Arrey Wah!" in Hindi.. Kind of meaning "Oh wow!" It's very often seen among sitting audience to a musical or theatre performance. Actually a Google image or video search for "Arrey Wah" would bring up similar stuff. Loved this video! ❤

Hi, I was born blind, and wlth neural heating deficit. My site was restored after about six weeks or so. I will be 80 in September, and suffer from being legally blind, due to severe glaucoma. My hearing has gotten worse over the years. It’s been quite a journey. In spite of everything, I am a natural harmonizer, and have belong to many choirs and small groups. Singing a cappella has always been the best. That’s because when the song ends you must be on the same key you started with. Once belong to a church music group, that always sang for the 730 mass in our parish. We worked together for about eight years, and we got really really good. It was so much fun to harmonize. You just can’t imagine how satisfying it can be to to create a harmony. Hearing and feeling the horror we created was just the best.

I get the impression Muharam is heavily involved in music in his daily life. Either he simply loves actively listening to music, or maybe he's a choir director or music teacher or something similar. He seems to be the most in tune with the musicality of it all, where the others are focused on the emotions or the mechanical aspects.
  • I found Trybal when they covered James Blunt singing ‘Monsters’. Since then I’ve been fascinated by them. They are so elegant joyful and empathetic. An absolute pleasure to watch

As a musician who has performed all around the world, 'reading the room' is always a challenge. Audiences in Japan could just be quietly sitting there as the music plays and loving it while you're thinking, 'Oh man, we're bombing...' Americans are probably the most expressive when they like (or hate) something. You usually know what they're thinking right away.

Trybals is a true gem of a channel. They will brighten your day. The “regulars” are terrific. They have great personalities and awesome reactions. Their reactions to music videos are kind of mind blowing.

I love that over a third of this video was establishing baseline. That's how important it is.
  • @geekelly000
The young guy is quite expressive. I've seen him being touched to tears by music videos.

Notice That the eyebrow flash you're discussing at 22:47 happens when the Woman singing appears on the screen 😅 he just likes whom he's seeing in that moment. The cheeky smile also confirms that
  • Spidey! Get out of my head! That was such a surreal moment 🤣 It felt like you were talking right to me when you said, "You're trying it, aren't you?" because I was indeed trying it!! 😂
  • @linag7308
I've watched this channel a few times. I love seeing how other cultures respond to a different culture. Whether it be the Western world or another tribe.
  • @jt5426
I really want to sit down for a cup of tea with Muharam! He seems like such a fun loving and wise man. I love how expressive, interested and invested he is!
  • @Camrychronicles
Spidey’s videos regulate me after a 12 hour night shift. Thank you, good sir 🥹🙌🤍🫶

One of my favorite Trybals videos is when they react to pow wow music and dancing, they dance in their seats and sing at points. In the end one of their elders shares one of their songs that seems to show a strong understanding of what's going on in the pow wow video.

Muharam is such a genuine lovely person. He seems like a sweetheart.
