In case your family doesn’t tell you, THANK YOU for everything you do as a mother, wife, and YouTuber. Seeing you put in so much time, effort, and dedication into your cooking truly inspires me and brings a smile to my face. I’d imagine that in some ways, cracking a crab could be kind of relaxing. I’m curious as to what you like to do when you’re cooking for a long time. Do you listen to music, or an audiobook? Or do you just go over your thoughts, or talk to your loved ones? For me, it’s the latter. I can cook for hours just being alone in my thoughts, and it helps me unwind after a long day. Or, I’ll talk with my parents while they also help around in the kitchen (or just stand there and drink while I do all the work… haha)

Although many find its flavor distinct and delicious, it is recommended that you do not eat this since many chemical contaminants concentrate in the organ

"Crab fat" is what people call the crabs hepatopancreas, which is a gland that functions similarly to a humans pancreas and liver. It's not poop like some people are saying. I've never eaten it because it looks gross but after researching what it actually is ill probably try to next time I have crab. But I also like chicken liver lol
