3:59 casually does a Kvochur bell

The missiles on the top of the plane just doesn't look right

"My rapper name is actually lil' afghanistan'"

The reason why the magic 2's are on top-of-the-wing pylons is because it allows the Jaguar to carry a more robust ground strike loadout.
-
Jaguar IS the peak of get 2 kills and die gameplay
-
0:50 The reason the Missiles are on top is so there were more pylons under the wings for bombs and fuel tanks and what not
-
Yo threw shade at all the DCS players lol "I'm going cold"
-
everyone: this plane sucks me: nah... free rank 7 British, giving me 2 rank 7's and I haven't even bought a rank 6 yet
-
at least this thing is better/more useful than the event tornado
-
Magic 2's will be a lot better after the next patch (if Gaijin decides to keep the buff). Won't really make this plane any better, sadly.

It's aerodynamically better to put on top of the wing though it's usually less accessible. The racks act as wing fences, so it's probably one of the reason. At aoa the lower side has denser air, the launched missile has to experience the transition, it's way manageable on the upper side. Also the lower side of the airfoil is generally laminar regardless of the aoa so it contributes to the slightest amount of drag refinement.

If i had to guess it was soo they could still carry out their max payload of bombs while having a FoX 2 for defense still
-
If i recall with the magic 2 update, it's basically going to be free kills if you have half a braincell for launch range.
-
The reason for the missiles on top of the wing is to free up the hard points under the wing for more ground ordinance
-
Your afterburner looks cursed.

we could have got like a mirage balzac or any other weird prototype and instead got a ctrl c ctrl v plane

Reasons for the missiles on top of the wings: it frees up underwing stations for air to ground weapons , plus the missile seeker has a better field of view since it’s not blocked by the fuselage to one side or the other.
-
gaijin not having a good air event (minus the C-S4) moment
-
The combat flaps work at any speed.. useful sometimes
