  • Thank you so much Dr.Pal and Dr.Sandy Jacob. I started my workout in the year 2022 December . Now I am 57 young. Amazing results with strength training. I have a trainer though. Now I strength train 4 to 5 days a week, yoga 2 days and cardio of treks and forest walks. Am diabetic. Was on insulin from 2006 to 2022. Am out of insulin now and am on tablets. I lost about 20kgs weight through diet.I love all your shows. Lots of love and respects to you from Bengaluru.

I'm really grateful for Dr Pal to have started this channel. Giving an insight and understanding into the human functioning of muscle, fat, nutrition to a layman like me . Where the doctors on appointment in their limited time and a layman's limited understanding are not able to deliver a wholistic understanding to a person, you have made it extremely easy to understand. Only recently did I discover your channel and am already in awe of it. Thanks whole heartedly

Patients think its doctors responsibility to reduce their sufferings. But he has explained its our efforts which make us pain free. Superb podcast.
  • Loving this doctor interviewing doctor series. I love how DP becomes a curious podcaster, not letting his wisdom take reins. So humble and versatile :) Thanks a lot. Keep these informative podcasts coming sir!!!!

Amongst all doctors trying to do a surgery first time a Doctor speaks rightly on fixing the problem and surgery only as the last option 👌👌👍👍👍

@Dr pal .. a great takeaway how humble you are when it comes to anchoring, down to earth apart from being a medical professional yourself, handling dr Jacob’s conversation like a layman into fitness industry, you’re really inspiring many.. and a fantastic open ended conversation on fitness routine by Dr Jacob .. thank you sir , being a yoga therapist and a healer and a fitness enthusiast.. hats off to you both sir 🙏
  • Absolutely fantastic! This is one of Dr Pal best interviews ever! I cannot thank you enough for this interview. This surgeon is not only an expert & extremely knowledgeable in his field, he’s also humble enough to talk about his own life, mistakes & experiences in such a simple manner which can be understood by any lay person. Please do Part-2 where he talks about nutrition, veg & non-veg diets & simple whole body strength training exercises.
  • Fantabulous interview between two down to earth souls spreading medical knowledge in a simple way to the entire humanity. Tons of thanks from my depth of the heart. Thank you Dr.Pal and Dr. Santhosh.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This podcast goes to my saved 'listen again' list. Thank you Dr Pal & Dr Santosh. Dr Pal you ask very important questions that really matter and also you do not interrupt while the guest is speaking, unlike other podcasts. Dr Santosh your advice was really precious I'm 40 and just started strength training (just to put on weight) but really did not realise the importance of it at this scale until I saw this video. Thanks a ton, guys and success in everything you both do.
  • @mohanac5272

Dear ortho doctor, good day, I am 70 years old. I have all the problems of old age woman. I do some amount of exercise for my lower back, stiff shoulder. I find I relieved of pain with exercise. Though our doctors advise as u both advised I, we ignore. Really information given by you made me to decide to exercise . Thank u to both of you immensely for enlightening on these points.
