No matter who wins, watching the Olympics is just a treat. These athletes are the best of the best and they always give us a good show.

I am ecstatic for each of these incredible athletes and sportswomen Nina Kennedy and Katie Moon. Katie won the Olympic gold in 2021 while Nina competed injured and failed to medal. In the 2023 World Championships, they each got to a point where they had cleared the same leading height with the same number of misses, so they agreed to end the competition (rather than risking injury had they gone on) and share the gold medal. And here, in the Paris Olympics of 2024, Nina finally got her gold with Katie edging out the Canadian for silver by virtue of fewer misses. I am SO happy for both of them, each a World champion and now each an Olympic champion, and no doubt the two of them lifelong friends. And what wonderful role models!! 😍

US here: well-deserved Nina! She was well-above the bar! Beautiful sportsmanship between Nina and Katie!

Katie was amazing coming off of an injury like she did. Congrats to Nina and to Alysha Newman. Did Sandi Morris compete here?

Nina was not effing around! Congrats to both!

This is one of the ten hardest sports in the Olympics, I am very happy for her and the rest of the participants.
  • At the World Championship last year, these same women decided to share the gold medal instead of continuing to play on, which was an amazing display of good sportsmanship. Here, the Aussies are the clear winners; well done, Australia! 🇦🇺 🇺🇸

    Again with the sportsmanship ❤

3:12 gosh, that measuring system is insane. How can anyone say that when everything is measured in meters? Americans should get over themselves and just do the switch. 16, 2 and 3/4? Really is that how you measure? 🤮
  • Eu não entendo porque o uniforme da Austrália e verde e amarelo, pois a bandeira deles e vermelha e azul??
