The current funding system was adjudicated to be unconstitutional. Lawmakers had no choice but to fund more equitably.

Lol. The Girard superintendent actually said, "as long as the funding keeps coming, it will allow us to hopefully minimize taxes..." This is an "educated" man who is in charge of "educating" children. Does he think this funding is coming from a genie? It's tax dollars, genius!
