Junior was a professor of Country Music in Oklahoma, invented the Gitsteel (electric and steel guitars combined) and is one of the best guitar players in the world. A Legend! 🎸

Saw Junior about 20 years ago in Jacksonville FL and its still the loudest show I've ever been to. Super underrated and a genuinely swell guy to be around.

Years ago, my wife dragged me to a Blake Shelton/Toby Keith concert... to my delight Jr Brown opened unannounced for both the headliners... Junior was the best artist on stage that night and blew away Shelton and Keith.

i first saw Junior on CMT videos 30 yrs ago. i have been a die-hard fan ever since. i carried my Junior Brown cd's with me everywhere and i played them at every job i had. Mr. Brown has a lot more fans due to me.

My band opened up for him back in the 90’s. Around this time. He is a force for sure and a super cool and funny guy!

How do you become a legend? You invent an instrument nobody else's playing, and you get as good at it as others are on the conventional instruments. This guy is amazing.
