You must be new to PC bro but these "tips" are counterproductive. I gamed off an Office PC for 2 years before upgrading. You need to run windows off SSD for starters, as well the CPUs for a lot of old hardware like that are proprietary so look up the specific motherboard and buy the highest-grade CPU which would probably be like 40$ and most importantly you need a dedicated gpu not integrated off CPU. on these old systems that have space I would go with something like the RX 460 its cheap and really good for older hardware and doesn't require an 8pin. But most importantly is that SSD your load times will be night and day and always remember dealing with older hardware your main objective is to game not to look cool because your pc doesn't have RGB lights.

Bro if you put a GTX 1050 ti and above, 16gb ram (make sure it is the correct one ofc), and a ssd as a boot drive/storage drive this could run games
