Clint Eastwood is mourning a devastating loss. The Hollywood icon's longtime partner, Christina Sandera, has passed away at 61 years old. Eastwood, 94, confirmed the sad news in a statement on July 19, calling Christina “a lovely, caring woman" who he will miss "very much." Further details including a cause of death have yet to be made public. Eastwood and Sandera had been together since 2014 after reportedly meeting when she worked at the Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant, the director's property in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif. They made their red carpet debut at the Oscars the following year, where Eastwood's film "American Sniper" was nominated for six awards including Best Picture and Best Actor for star Bradley Cooper. Sandera was not a Hollywood figure and she and Eastwood kept their relationship largely under the radar, living together in the coastal community of Carmel where Eastwood once served as mayor in the '80s. She went on to appear at his side for other multiple high-profile events including the premieres for Eastwood's movies "Sully," "The Mule," "The 15:17 to Paris," and "Richard Jewell."

    Clint, 94, has had a tumultuous love life that has often preceded him. The Oscar winner is also the father to eight children with six women. Gee- golly I wonder which one he loved the most!

    Beautiful lady my deepest condolences. To her family. Sixty one is too young. My mother passed at 63. So I can understand the devastation. It leaves you with alot of whys.😥

    That is young by today’s standards. Have two cousins in their 90s. One on my mom side of the family and one on my dad. I try to live as healthy as possible because I like being here. But stuff happens.
