This 20 minute online barre workout using the small pilates ball is designed to sculpt and tone your body. This workout is quick and effective, and it really gives you the shakes in your legs. You will feels so great for the whole day after this barre class. The only equipment you will need is a small Pilates ball, a yoga mat and a barre or kitchen counter/balcony railing to act as your barre. You do need a solid barre attached to the wall.
