“Morning, mama.” “Hey, baby.” Even though she vehemently denied it, we all knew that she felt maternal feelings for Carter.

beth's hey baby was so genuine it caught me off guard 😭

When, Carter said, "Good Morning, Momma" when, Beth walked past him through the horse stalls, my heart just fell and cried for, Carter.....
  • I love how Beth is sitting on a “thank you for not smoking” sign on a bench while she’s smoking 😂😂😂😂

“He’s kicking your ass and talking shit at the same time” 😂😂😂

Beth has no idea how to be a mother, but she knows how to fight on someone’s behalf. That’s what she does in that first hospital scene. She fights on Carter’s behalf to get him what he needs; a clear explanation and a chance to say goodbye. She doesn’t realise that’s much of being a parent. It’s you fighting the world to protect your kid.
  • The “morning, Mama” and “Hey, Baby” seemed so natural. Like it just rolled off their tongues. Like they didn’t even have to rehearse it. It made my heart full. Then Beth telling him to not call her that, hurting his feelings, made me wanna cry too. Like they are mother and son. Let him call you that.
  • I think Beth will come around and start seeing Carter as her adopted son. She's still too emotionally scarred but you can already see and feel her heart shifting. I love the whole Rip, Beth and Carter dynamic.

I love how Llyod has a thing for helping out the new guys like Jimmy and Carter. Out of everyone, his heart is the biggest.

Imagine how badass of cowboy carter will be if he manages to survive being raised by Beth and Rip

The kid’s acting is no joke! 👏
  • @sarabiarz3870
She’s been acting like she’s mama and she just needs to accept the love. She can make space. Especially since she took him in and started raising him right.
  • I am so glad Beth took Carter under her wing, and that Rip finally came around to the idea. They really did save Carter's life! I love this kid!!! 😊🤗🤘❤
  • 21:25 I like Carter turn to Rip for confirmation, like son and dad. Rip's laughing back is just the proof Carter's now his own boy
  • "If there's a hell then you're in it.... I'll see you when I get there" That straight pit of hate and despair that a kid becomes

The way she said “hey baby” it just rolled off her tongue. 😭🥺 hopefully she’ll come around to it but idk. Poor things.

Funny that Beth doesn't want the title of mother, but she has been a mother to the whole family from Episode 1. Respect 🤠

The second Beth stopped after he called her mama, I honestly cried. She will never get to know that feeling of being a parent from a child of her own. Jaime took that away from her; plain and simple. Carter saw her as that and sadly, what Beth said is true that she is not his mother. I just wish she approached the situation differently with him. I wish she took him to the side saying, “Carter, as much as it pains me to say this to you, I am not your mother. Please don’t call me that ever again. However I am your friend, Carter. You can count on that.” Thanks for uploading.
