In the 17:00 - the mate must be made with the queen, not the rook, because the rook can be stopped with a Qc7, Rb8 moves.

Okay. I don’t get the rating system with time. I’m about a 1200 for ten minutes but a bit lower with 5 minute games. Can someone explain how to truly know your Elo rating?
