@I-Masih = AFTER you clicked out of Bios and the “windows setup” popup window appeared, is that bc you had the usb drive in. You never did explain how it just pops up. I don’t have a usb drive to plug in, Therefore, NO windows setup window popped up on my screen. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN how to get that to appear on my laptop screen ? If you LOOK at your Transcript its at the Time Stamp between 12:50 - 12:59 is where I need help ???

If you don’t want your files, follow this tutorial. No need to watch the whole video and waste your time. Just reinstall windows. If you want to get hold of old files, recover it from Microsoft account.

ugh i get a new laptop with windows 11 in it, and it forces you to use a microsoft account, 1 week later windows 11 breaks and sends me to automatic repair, but windows cant be repaired because C: drive cant be accessed, and unfortunately none of these steps worked and microsoft wants me to wait 30 days to access the security mail. i swear windows and microsoft is the worst

Thank you so much! All but the final option failed! To anyone who who randomly had to provide an Bitocker key, but did not locked it by yourself, the last option 10:53 (removing everything manually and using a USB Flashdrive access it by downloading Windows 10) works! The thing is that you will lose everything, but you can still fix your computer on your own instead of sending it to the repair shop charging you the same result (empty but working PC).
