If you miss the old skeppy, you're probably not alone. Once a legendary YouTuber pulling over 100,000,000 views putting him on par with Dream, Georgenotfound and TommyInnit, his Minecraft YouTube channel has since fallen to sometimes less than 10,000,000 views per month recently. This video will cover the downfall of Skeppy, beginning with his rise alongside badboyhalo and a6d, before revealing his fall off and how these friendships eventually cost him his success. From fake videos, to Skeppy's bizarre Fiverr series, this is,

Why Skeppy's Career Has Been Dying.

Thank you guys for watching, like and sub if you enjoyed, SunnyV2 XO ❤

This video was inspired by Kiddy Kene's video on the topic titled "The Downfall of Skeppy: From Legend To Liar" - You can watch his version here -    • The Downfall of Skeppy: From Legend T...

Skeppy is a great dude. It’s a shame to see him hit an algorithmic decline.
  • @Koofy
I feel like Skeppy lowkey didn't do anything wrong? I just think he was simply not cut out for the toxicity that is the Minecraft community. As for the scripted videos, sure yeah he never stated they were scripted but I think that's kinda obvious? Plus his audience are children. Do you really think some of MrBeast's videos aren't scripted? Of course they are, to make it more entertaining with less flaws. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Honestly im glad twitter is spiraling downhill because these people are so goddamn sensitive
  • As a Black guy seeing a hoard of White teenagers on Twitter calling a dude a racist and ruining his career for setting up a racial slur filter, typing in the slurs ONLY for the program to know the words to block and kick, genuinely makes me upset.

How Skeppy went from 120 million views a month to 10 million is a very misleading thing to say. I was very surprised to hear he went that down in views because the way you worded it makes it seem as if for several months he was hitting around 120 million but it was only one outlier month other than that one time he never broke 70 million. On top of that you completely ignore the fact the period his views were that high had maybe one of the largest outside influences on people views being up aka the first summer of covid! By this same logic you can look at almost any youtuber from that time and claimed they have fallen off every single minecraft youtubers views who got big during dream SMP covid era is down including dream himself. Very misleading start to the video Id always assumed you were more fair and honest in your reporting than that.

as a black person, seeing a6d using a word that triggers the filter for racist people then getting swarmed by twitter, really pisses me off. A6d shouldnt be swarmed because he tried out a filter on his server and the fact he gave literal context for it and still getting swarmed is just annoying.
  • @CHADCONTEXT
Skeppy's response was pretty hilarious but he pointed out your flaws Sunny
  • @MasonParkinson
I remember I used to watch his videos quite alot but then he joined the dream smp and starting making like the MOST kid friendly centred content ever and I just eventually stopped. his old videos were really good
  • @SimplyPops
this guy videos feels like a netflix documentary for creators
  • @thatmusicaman
I feel like a6d didn’t do anything wrong but then twitter said he did then he turned on his friends twitter is the reason this trio fell.
  • Honestly, 80% of the time I feel you can’t blame him. Sure he might’ve faked a mc server, but it’s literally just YouTube content, what do they expect. Nothing to hate on someone for. You got to do what you got to do on yt to stay relevant in the algorithm.

I'm on Skeppy's side on this one personally. I watched this guy a long time ago and nothing he ever did was wrong aside from the "scam" allegations. That racist slur was just a quick examination to test the filter. Sorry but the world's turning to shit. I hate the cancel culture. These children just looking for an excuse to bring him down.
  • @EventuallyTM
Honestly, I'm mostly on Skeppy's side for this one. The only thing he did wrong was not give the prize to the contest winners. Other then that, it's just twitter trying to bring someone down.
  • You know, I don’t really agree with everything in this video, some things were taken out of context but ironically it actually started my interest in Sunny’s videos and I feel that after this video he has taken a much more unbiased approach when he covers drama.
  • @DrMontrays
The a6d allegations were such a reach. He never did anything wrong
  • @Derpypig-kp1fg
I honestly feel bad for A6D. Yes, he made some mistakes, but Twitter took that WAY out of proportion. It's sad to see another content creator lost to the hells of twitter
  • @Sheeprampage
Mann, these ‘’new‘’-ish Minecraft youtubers are going down the same path as the older ones it seems..
  • @corbin4290
Even if it is fake, it still entertains the audience. Isn’t that what matters? Twitter drama people really need to get a life
  • @thepetiii184
You can't make a single joke nowadays, especially on twitter. People get offended by anything these days
