It is amazing to me that we don’t learn this basic most important information while we are younger in school It is literally a life changer for your health

Thank you for this reminder to pay attention to breath! Breath is so important yet so ignored. In the book Think Like A Monk, the author was surprised to know that in the monk school that he went to, the first class ever taught to 5-year-olds was not a class on numbers or alphabets, but a class on how to breathe - because "the only thing that stays with you from the moment you’re born until the moment you die is your breath.” The 10-year-old monk adds, “When you get stressed—what changes? Your breath. When you get angry— what changes? Your breath. We experience every emotion with the change of the breath. When you learn to navigate and manage your breath, you can navigate any situation in life.”

Beautifully articulated! Taking slow, gentle, less breaths enjoying the gift of being alive is truly a gift! Love your work! Gratitude🙏🏻🕊
  • Just slowed my breath as I was watching this video... 5 minutes of slow breathing leads to relaxation, I yawn and now heading to bed for a good sleep.. ✌️😄
  • I tried these methods for 1 months and it really works as said. Thanks ❤️

I’m in the middle of Breath now & it’s amazing & life changing. You explain the CO2/O2 exchange very well & the NO impact of body also. Thanks for taking the time to make this video! Great work I am looking for a Buteyko guide
  • Great summary and love the graphics. Breathing. We take it for granted. We should practice it more....it helps to improve digestion.

If you want to be very efficient, use the everyday breathing as a "meditation object" and the fore benefit from multiple things at once! Feel all the small details about it and be fully present. Works wonders!
  • After months of nasal breathing, it has been automatic & feels so much better then i was before ... Active & with full energy everyday .... Woho... Thank you James Nester Sir.
  • I have to tell you that I just love you and your site for the knowledge empowerment you are giving us. A million thanks for breaking down into bite size (of 7 to 10 minutes) videos with the entire takeaway of a book which would take a month for us read. Excellent service you are doing for humanity by empowering our knowledge and building our awareness and skill.
