THE SEND 2022 in Kansas City!!!

The Send is a large Christian conference ran by some different christian groups from around the world. Lou Engle ministries, YWAM (Youth With A Mission), Circuit Riders, Lifestyle Christianity, CfAN (Christ for All Nations), Jesus Image, Dunamis Movement, and Carry the Love are the groups that collaborated to put together this awesoem event! On their website, they say: "THE SEND is a catalytic stadium experience with the purpose of activating believers to live a missional lifestyle by adopting and reaching real mission fields at home and abroad."
The Send is an event aimed to make an impact on 5 areas - here is their mission statement for each, straight from their website (www.thesend.org)
HIGH SCHOOLS:
THE LARGEST PERCENTAGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE COME TO FAITH BY THE END OF THEIR TEENAGE YEARS, YET THOUSANDS OF HIGH SCHOOLS REMAIN WITHOUT ANY GOSPEL PRESENCE. WE WANT TO SEE HUNDREDS OF HIGH SCHOOLS ADOPTED AND JESUS CLUBS ESTABLISHED.
UNIVERSITIES:
ON THE AVERAGE UNIVERSITY IN AMERICA 2% OF STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN A CHRISTIAN GROUP OR ORGANIZATION. THIS CAN CHANGE. WE ARE BELIEVING FOR A FRESH WAVE OF EVANGELISTS ON UNIVERSITIES WHO WILL WIN THIS GENERATION OF STUDENTS TO JESUS.
COMMUNITIES:
ONE OF THE MOST ACCESSIBLE BUT OVERLOOKED OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUTREACH CAN BE WITHIN OUR OWN COMMUNITIES. 56% OF AMERICANS ARE “VERY” OR “SOMEWHAT WILLING” TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT A FAITH COMMUNITY FROM A FRIEND OR NEIGHBOR. WE ARE BELIEVING FOR EVERY CHRISTIAN TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE THEIR COMMUNITY WITH THE GOSPEL.
VULNERABLE CHILDREN:
WE ARE CALLING THE CHURCH TO END THE GLOBAL ORPHAN CRISIS STANDING WITH JESUS THAT EVERY CHILD NEEDS A FAMILY AND A PERMANENT HOME.
NATIONS:
3.1 BILLION PEOPLE IN THE WORLD HAVE NEVER HEARD THE GOSPEL. WE’RE BELIEVING FOR A WAVE OF NEW MISSIONARIES THAT WOULD SIGN-UP AT THE SEND TO JOIN A MISSIONS TRAINING EXPERIENCE TO SERVE THE WORK OF JESUS IN THE NATIONS.
