Despite the 5 commercial breaks I loved this. Thank you, Master Co. I have grown spoiled becoming accustomed to uninterrupted lessons and meditations and was able to apply the lesson of staying quiet and still during the outrageously loud commercials in comparison to the super quiet video and I stead of having a 10 second tantrum I acknowledged the commercials were not the pranic healing video and did my best to ignore them and stay in a meditative state as they played for minutes at a time.

I can't tell you all that your loving work has begun to do for my Soul. I find no words since I started your meditations on Thursday July 15th, 2021. You are my teacher even if you don't know me lol. I have never had a spiritual teacher or one to guide me through meditation. This is the only thing that is different in these five and a half years that I've tried to meditate. I hope I'm not doing too many I don't know if that's possible. Okay so many blessings to you and your family I'm so much love to ALL ๐๐๐ค
