As a 32year old who beat his opiate and fentanyl addiction, this song always rung true. Carried this song for many years. May you all defeat your demons and rise to find the sun.
  • some songs are meant to penetrate the inner part of you, the part that makes you human, the part that relax your mind, body and soul. A beautiful peace of art, a master piece.
  • As a person, who experienced years of high-level torture and trafficking during the Cold War and still deals with the memories—even though I have only love and compassion for those, who took their pain out on me—this song brings me deep healing and tears. I look forward to learning how to sing it, myself . . .
  • This angel's voice brings calm and peace to us all. Enya is a gift to us all.

Here in Israel, at the foot of Mount Hermon listening to this music, I connect with the CREATOR, and I ask why so much war?

ENYA is the closest to an Angel's voice . . . Greetings from Mexico!

This woman knows how to sing. I just love the way she does it. Thank you.

For me, this song touches my heart because it suggests a longing for some things in the world that have been lost. Our future may not be as hopeful as it was for previous generations. We will likely face struggle and deep sadness, but the song urges us to be brave. Maybe different for other listeners
  • I had surgery on March 8, 2019. After I got home from the hospital, I found this piece of music, and it has been helping me to fall asleep so that I can recover from the surgery. Even though I've been in a lot of pain and had complications with the healing process, this song has taken me to a peaceful place like the Shire. At the Shire, I'm free from the pain...., Both physically and mentally. :)
  • In all my postings as a soldier and nurse at the end of the world, and in Middel Eastern hotspots. Lord of the Rings has always reminded me of home, where me and my brother painted little men from the Lord of the Rings universe, while we watched the movies. It can keep me running with a clear mind, in a job that can be full of death and tragedy from the bottom of my heart, thanks for the great music and movies and Thank god for Enya !
  • I played this at my step dads wake and people seemed to really enjoy it
  • Thank you Enya and thank you lord of the rings. Im a young struggeling alcoholic, your music and story has helped me alot to find some inner peace that i need to cope with this and not go fuck up my life more. Thank you.
  • For those of us that appreciate good music, hope is not yet lost. I love Enya's master pieces, thank you ma'am.
  • for me it reminds me of all the people that passed in my life and it feels like they all come down from heaven to listen to this song. it touches my heart and makes me want to cry
