Typically, “wild and promiscuous” children are those that have been sexualized at an early age. Due to the confusion of that trauma, the grooming and the desire for acceptance and love, they act out in ways we label fast, wild, promiscuous. It’s not typical for a child who has been protected to “behave” in a promiscuous nature. Just like any other behaviors a child picks up, they are typically observed/experienced and then acted out.

Im looking at my 13yr old babygirl standing in the kitchen frying her fries and smiling❤, I could not imagine her having a baby at that age. The thought of a grown man preying on a innocent child disgusts me. That is just nasty and he should have been locked up, he couldn't have been too much of a God fearing man wanting to harm kids in this way

I was always told that her father was the oldest kids father and she never tried to correct it. I always thought that her father had something to do with her mother's passing too. He did a lot of cruel things he suffered and died in a horrible way. You reap what you sow.

Familial molestation happens frequently. First, her mother deserted her. That was the beginning of the tragedy. Then her charlatan father, who was obsessed with fame, completed the tragic circle. Her lyrics were indicative of the tragedy she lived. “Respect “ was what she desired. God has granted her respite from this hell on earth. 🙏🏽♥️

Saying her Dad is her child's father, is something that requires proof. Yes, it seems her life was broken, but it didn't break her down. I admire her strength. Thank you Aretha for wonderful entertainment. May you enjoy peace that only God can give.♥️🌹

I really grew up liking her voice and confidence on stage. Whatever happened in her past, God Bless they souls. Every time I go places people stop in their tracks and say “you look like Aretha” I’ve heard it so much I already know what they are going to say. Be Blessed to her family!

This was something that was said long ago and it was strange that him being a preacher he didn’t even bring law enforcement into it considering Aretha was a kid herself. What father would allow a grown man to get away with that. I was more convinced after watching the movie and that guy they claimed was her baby’s father was just a scapegoat. And her son has some issue from birth as well possible due to allegation that her father is the daddy.
