As protests and boycotts swirl, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces a fraught visit to the U.S. More than 30 Democratic lawmakers, along with Vice President Kamala Harris has chosen to skip his speech to Congress while former President Donald Trump has postponed his meeting.
