First house was an AT&T data center disguised as residential.

So that first house in Dallas was an old Data center for AT&T, which is why theres an insane amount of power going through it and the giant generator. Has two separate power grids too. Concrete floors and ceiling. Why it is built in a random neighborhood, no one knows. Its totally someones grow-op now.
