Commands I used in this video :
map de_mirage - Opens up the map Mirage.
bot_kick - Kicks all the bots.
sv_infinite_ammo 1 - Gives you infinite ammo.
sv_cheats 1 - Allows you to use commands like noclip.
mp_warmuptime 99999 - Extends the warmuptime a little bit.
[OPTIONAL] noclip - Gives you the ability to fly, type again in order to turn it off.

Also another way to practice is to use ypracc map from the workshop, it has the prefire exercise on it. Play that over and over until you are comfortable with pre-aiming.
