Burn-out had set in and your whole beings just weren't your norms. Glad it didn't take long for that feeling of despair to turn into peace, fun and another great adventure! Definitely gotta get some new kayak camping mattresses! Just think how you would feel after a good night's sleep on better airs and waking up where you did in this video! So nice! My husband and I kayak camp almost every weekend on some big rocks (well he uses a cot also) and we love our pads. They are going on 5 years old now and never had to patch them. They are klymit klymaloft pads. They have memory foam in them, so amazing... and fold down to about the size of your kelty blanket! Love your videos! Hope to find this island someday! Can't wait to see your new camper. Hugs!

Thank you for the MRE evals. Anytime weight, volume, or time is an issue, nice to have a tasty MRE option. Here lately, if I leave the yard camping, or get home way too late to think about cooking, MRE time!
