    The first one is fake because the operator never asked for the location of the girl but insisted that help was on the way.

    You know what's even scarier? Some towns are small/poor enough that they can't pay law enforcement to work on the weekends, so if you call 911 on the weekend, you get the operator, but they have no police officers to send. You basically get someone to try and calm you down while whatever happens to you happens.
