Thanks for sharing the information on phytates for indigestion problems.I can't digest oats if not soaked and excess water drained. Your recipes are awesome with nutritional benefits included of added ingredients and resistance starch😊

I tried this recipe and loved the unique way you cooked it! It was a refreshing change from the usual smoothies, especially because it doesn't include banana, milk, or sugar. The oats added a nice texture and made it quite filling, which is perfect for a satisfying dinner option. I have been exploring healthier recipes lately, and this one definitely stood out. It's such a simple yet delicious way to enjoy a nutritious meal. One more thing, I made it with True Elements rolled oats, and it turned out amazing. The quality of the oats really made a difference in the taste and texture of the smoothie. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have tried it and absolutely love the unique way you prepared it. The overnight oats are so versatile; I can eat them for days without getting bored. I especially enjoyed how easy it was to customize the toppings and flavors. One day I added fresh berries, and another day I tried it with sliced almonds and honey – both variations were delicious. I made it with True Elements rolled oats, and they really enhanced the texture and taste. Thanks again for the recipe, looking forward to trying more of your ideas!
