I just started doing leg exercises with dumbbells and my legs are in pain. I had been using leg press for a few months and my legs never felt like this after, but these leg dumbbell workouts are really hitting me.

That's how I started doing my Goblet squats. I never got injured doing the goblets with a wide stance. It's when I do them with a narrow stance that I often get injured.
