I do not own any mv or stage mix footage present in the video, please support the official release!

NOTE: This is a primarily subjective perspective on Billlie's music and thus I have bias involved, of course you can share your own opinions down below, including your own underrated artists.

EDITORS NOTE: At one point I say that Billlie don't have an actual album yet, this is both true and untrue, the technically have albums in the form of soundtracks corresponding to their 2nd and 3rd EP, however these in my eyes aren't stand alone albums and weren't made to fill that role. Thus why I said what I said.

  • billlie feels like a passion project. it's clear that the people working on this group (including of the members of course) are putting a lot into making something unique. i don't stan, but it's very impressive.

Billlie is one of those groups that had such an enigma. They have all of this talent and all of this amazing music and content, yet they are underrated. Like how... well because of their circumstances, they were in, and the fact many people didn't like their experimental sound with RingXRing. Like so many people didn't like their production or sound of their debut, which got me super upset because that sound was so good and really helped distinguish their musical identity unlike some groups they are still trying to find it. Billlie has a consistent production team, the company allows all members to flourish, and has a healthy vocal sound with them having the 3rd best vocal line in 4th Gen K-pop Girl Groups. STAN Billlie

I think a group like billlie is something kpop has been missing since ages. I haven't really been enjoying experimental, weird and quirky kpop music ever since rv dropped that sound so seeing a rookie group doing it so flawlessly blew me away. I'm literally listening to their music 24/7 and i even got in the 0,5% of their listeners last year and it's the first time this happened to me with a group after loona which are literally my ults of ults. Also the group has freaking insane stage presence, they are one of, if not the, best groups of this generation when it comes to stage presence; you can see how much they enjoy doing what they're doing and you gotta appreciate them for that
  • I'm sitting here shocked that you said a lot of people didn't like RingxRing. That song is so unbelievably good. When I first heard it, I thought it sounded like FX and Red Velvet mixed together. And I mean the experimental part of D.C. and both the Red and Velvet part of Red Velvet and it worked so well. I've been watching all of their teasers and I'm so excited for their comeback. I just really hope people discover them and give them a chance. Thank you for making this video.
  • I haven't even watched the video, but I already know it's going to be amazing. I 100% agree with the title; Billlie has a flawless discography, really talented members, and an amazing lore too, but they don't get nearly enough recognition as they deserve (even when their company is owned by SM...). They reallly are the best exmaple of ''Talent ≠ Popularity''
  • Billlie has been my ult group since i discovered them when i was watching everglow up video about ranking the 4th gen stage presence. When I watched that video I thought, who the heck can topped Le Sserafim stage presence, and lo and behold I discovered Billlie. I am a musician and kind of a tradisionalist in a sense that I like a music that can be produced by playing it physically, so my entry in Kpop is kind of hard. Billlie's discography makes me falls in love with Kpop. Each of Billlie's members are so talented and their discography is top notched it made me started to listened to other talented groups that are not from a big company (Like Fifty Fifty and Pixy).
  • Billlie just recently earned their 1st music show win so I'd say this comeback has been pretty successful!!!!!!! Congrats to them!!!!
  • I just went through a whole billlie trailer/film to understand their lore more. Tbh their lore is unmatched. I understand we have LOONA, but billlie’s lore is just so extremely original it’s something different. The amount of diversity in their discography is also amazing. The amount of different concepts they have are amazing, but one thing I like is that their songs/MV mix well together despite being SOOOO different. The lore videos also help. But in conclusion STAN BILLLIE!

Sending so much love to Moonsua. I can’t imagine what she and the other members are going through right now.
  • flipping a coin is my kpop "come to jesus" moment. it was a religious experience every time i listened to it. by far, my fav b-side track of all time. what makes this group so great is their chemistry. they have their own lingo & inside jokes, like they have been friends for years before they even debut. also, every single member has an immaculate stage presence. every time i see their live performance, i couldn't take my eyes away, even for a second. they just have that aura about them. they have their own unique sound that remain consistent throughout all of their releases, yet their discography is also incredibly diverse, even with their lead singles. there's truly no other group like billlie.
  • @ona7116
AGREE. Billlie has so much talent, music is immaculate, diverse concepts, CONTENT, unique style, storyline... Everything. EVERYTHING. This comeback they better be more apprecciated.
  • Idk how it happened, but I managed to discover them when they were still known as Mystic Rookies, like a couple weeks before they announced the groups name to be BILLLIE. And I've never been hooked on a predebut group before, but those listen stages that were on Mystic Story's official channel hooked me in. I love hearing untouched live vocals. I'm happy to say I was there since predebut
  • I can’t believe I discovered this amazing group because of tragedy… I will stand this girls, be strong Moonsua!
  • billlie is constantly pushing boundaries and self improving. i can't tell the last time i was so sure i was gonna love a group's comeback like i feel with their next release!! they've YET to release a bad song with a mid concept and they CERTAINLY don't intend to start now ☺☺💞
  • I think it doesn’t get stated enough how Billlie actually managed to maintain their popularity in spite of all the groups they’re competing with! Aespa and Itzy were always going to be big. StayC had a lot of success in 2022 while (G)I-DLE had their biggest year yet! IVE’s popularity exploded while Le Sserafim and NewJeans dominated the industry! Yet Billlie didn’t fall off. You could attest the success of “Gingamingayo” to Tsuki going viral for her fancams. The issue with having a viral moment like that is in how temporary it is. And if their success was really just because of GWSN’s old producer, they would’ve been massive since “Ring X Ring”. But in spite of how volatile viral success is, they managed to hold their ground in “Ring Ma Bell” era. A song that SHOULDN’T have been well received. We all know how KPop stans feel about Dreamcatcher’s rock influences and how girl groups that try those genres go under the radar (Pixy, Pink Fantasy, Rolling Quartz, etc.). It really shows that in spite of everything being against them, Billlie had managed to retain a strong enough fandom with a decent amount of public interest to have people tune into their comeback after GMY. The biggest mistake that anyone can make when it comes to Billlie is underestimating them. They could be like the next Mamamoo (a group that gives their peers from bigger companies some real competition)! Also, about the Red Velvet thing, aside from GMY being the love child between “Dumb Dumb” and “Zimzalabim”, I think a part of it has to do with how easily the members suit multiple concepts. A lot of people bash on Red Velvet for “lacking stage presence” or “being weak performers”. But what nobody gives them credit for is that they’re one of the few groups where all members can fit concept changes and not look out of place. Aside from GWSN, Billlie is the only group I’ve seen where this is the reality. Yes, you have some individual idols like Yeonjun of TXT, Soyeon of (G)I-DLE, Hikaru of Kep1er, etc. where individual idols can do this. But RV, GWSN, and Billlie are the only examples that I know of where the entire group is capable of doing so! And I think that’s where some of the comparisons originate. Okay, I’ve rambled on long enough. This was an amazing video! I hope that Billlie’s comeback isn’t overshadowed by some of their peers. Everyone be sure to at least give it a listen! ❤️
  • @satoru556
They're really talented. plus their dance covers are insane. like their cover of NCT 127's "Kick It" is my all-time favorite
  • @justdb4
I can't say enough how much I love them as a vocal group. They have 2 component main vocalists (a power house vocalist and a vocal storyteller) in one group with an exceptional main rapper who is a decent vocalist as well. Siyoon has great timbre that is appealing and soothing to hear. Tsuki and Haruna may be the weakest vocally, but both of them are able to work off of each other so well. When I listened to their Japanese duet cover, I was extremely impressed. When Sheon was added, I didn't know how her vocals would be implemented to the group since they already seemed complete. Yet, her piercing tone added so much color to the group, and she is so good at blending with Moon SuA and Siyoon. Their vocals are just so amazing, and do justice to each of their songs that make people not only appreciate them as singers but also allow people to appreciate the music itself too. I love Billlie. One of my top 10 favorite vocal groups in K-pop.
  • Some of their songs are made by minGtion, who is one of thr most prolific composers right now! She knows how to incorporate jazz sounds into a pop song!
  • @odgykins
So my absolute favorite band growing up in the mid-2000’s was My Chemical Romance. MCR were known for their concept albums with an intricate storyline woven throughout the lyrics. They had incredible artwork for each of their albums as well as interesting and thought provoking song titles like “Honey, This Mirror Isn’t Big Enough for the Two of Us” and “You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison” etc etc… Sound familiar? Billlie for me is this odd second coming of MCR for me in my kpop world. They’ve brought back everything I loved about music back in the day…just with more dancing lol And you know what’s crazy? My ult ult kpop group is BTS but I only ever bought 1 version of their albums. Billlie album artwork is so good that I decided to start collecting. I have every version of every album, plus I just preordered all 3 versions of the upcoming album plus both versions of the upcoming Japanese release! This is just so wildly out of character for me lol I always found it to be a waste of money. But here I am…ready to give Billlie everything I’ve got as a fan to help them succeed. God bless Billlie.
  • Support Billlie’s next comeback Eunoia on March 28th if you can! They have a great discography.
