  • You are my guru !!! I receive inspirational thoughts in the shower. A problem I'm trying to solve, all of a sudden, the solution becomes clear. I think the falling water has a calming effect on my mind.

I coined a name for a new disease in psychology I call it as IMS (irritable mind syndrome ).There is a disease called IBS (irritable bowel syndrome ) ,if you eat garlic, onion, synthetic sugar or wheat which is bad for your guts it will result in diarrhoea, flatulence, burping, pain , constipation, suffering etc .The same is true with the mind you do,watch, listen, read, experience something bad the mind starts irritating and this irritation will continue for days, months or years . Symptoms are many like sadness, frustration, anger, anxiety and a long list of mental disorders. Thanks for the video lots of ❤️🧡❤️ from Kerala, India.
