Hi Winnie! Congratulations on your success! It ain’t easy girlfriend. Menopause really did a number on me. I gained 25 pounds in a year because of menopause. I’m currently doing a high protein low carb, buy a new handbag and call it a day diet. LOL!!! I’m sending you positive vibes, thoughts and prayers, and a scale that weighs 10 pounds under!! Hey babes you’re doing great girl I’ve decided to come off Ozempic and just stick to the new eating habits diet lifestyle however people choose to phrase it I’m just tired of hunting the meds down then fighting my insurance to pay for it just over it since my weight loss seems to have plateaued anyway but keep up the good work 🌈 💚💚💚

🌈 Congratulations on the weight loss. I've been on Zepbound 2.5mg for 9 weeks plus a 3wk gap due to supply issues, so a total of 12 weeks. I haven't had terrible side effects at all. I don't eat fried foods or a lot of dairy, but I do include additional protein peptides daily. As of last week, I had a 12.6 total loss. I was able to secure a 3mnth supply of 2.5mg and approval to remain here since 5mg wasn't available. I like losing at this pace and believe that once I move to 5mg in July or August, things will pick up. You got this, Winnie 👍🏽
