  • Great video Wayne. Picked up a little fridge that is ment for a 6 pack, that plugs into a cigarette lighter a little bit back. My son is a type 1 diabetic, so had his insulin in mind. Definitely looks like you have a great setup and can't wait to head about how well it works for yall. Keep up the great work brother and yall stay safe over thar way.

Hey Wayne gtsy.nice hat,I like that camper. You can hook all those batteries together as long as they are all 12 volt positive to positive, negative to negative it will still be 12 volt but just more amps.then u can charge them all together. Yall have a great time
  • You should always parallel or series the same battery type and amp/hrs so if you bought the same 170 amp/hr batteries you should be good to go in paralleling them positive to positive, negative to negative
  • Definitely need the same batteries mate if you want to wire them together. Wire them in parallel and not in series, so put positive to positive and neg to neg. Make sure you get them at the same charge level as well before wiring them together. Hope that helps 👍
  • Yeah nice hat - suits you well. Those isolators are good little units, we call the Voltage Sensitive Relays (VSR's = only kick-in when the engine runs etc), smart alternators didn't work too well with my VSR though. Good little set up witht the batteries there. Pretty good looking battery boxes - watch out/ensure they vent easily if they're wet cell. Sure does beat tarp n swag.... May aswell do it in style. Nice one.
  • Great set up Dad, I think your pretty bloody smart for an ole kodger. Always been good at working out things yourself. Swisho new hat, much better than 3 slabs of CC and soda 😂
