Derek travels to the last standing AMC dealership, Collier Motors in Pikeville, North Carolina. With more than 100 cars sitting derelict, Derek finds an AMC Rebel SST convertible that needs reviving. Parked for over 40 years, he'll try to get it running again and give it back to its original owner, who hasn't seen it on the road since he was nine years old.

I've driven a 1970 AMC rebel machine that my uncle used to have. It came with a 390 but It had a rebuilt 360 w/ step over stock cam headers and all the good stuff with exhaust. Was the fastest car I've ever driven.

Love the AMC's and this one is a keeper. I had a 76 Hornet X Sportabout with 304 engine. Kept it 30 years and sold it due to health problems. It had 16,000 miles and was all original. Derek, see what you can do to find one of those. Love your videos, keep them coming!
