Infinity matter sword mod in my opinion is the most OP mod. It crashed my game multiple times, lmao there's no possible way of obtaining it in survival mode since you need like quadrillion times Nether Star to craft it. It kills every entities even players in creative mode. You can also switch from being Survival, to Creative-Adventure-Spectator mode using the tool which is very OP. Like, what else do you need when you have Creative mode + Infinite damage sword. And you can also press ENT to generate an arrow with the power of 50+ TNTs many times as possible. While using the mod, you also get 10k reach, and can mine blocks 3x3 by using the mod with its custom Enchantments. And it will give you inf hearts + 2Billion XP. This is not everything, but all I can say is that... It is really OP. Oh! And it survives /kill (keeping your INV and XP, basically everything).

You should try Fisk superhero mod with heropacks

the most ubsurd mod ive seen is avaritia for 7.10 - 12.2 the armor allows you to survive slash kill, and the sword can kill people in creative. hope to see a follow up vid! (also the 12.2 can survive the thanos snap btw...)

with fisk's superheroes, you can add something called heropacks. you can find some great ones with superman. A good one I recommend is JMCT's heropack
