  • I love that he clarified what being unbothered is. Bc so many ppl think unbothered means you don’t experience human emotions and lack empathy and humanity. Just because you see that he has been hurt by past and present betrayals and holds ppl accountable in his life, does not make him ‘bothered’ or unhealed. It’s the power he has over himself to not let those experiences drag him down to a lower vibration and act out of character that makes it unbothered. The ppl that get it get it! Salute 🙏👏✨

He did so well in this interview. He’s sort of been B2K’s punching bag and he’s remained quiet about it. I’m rooting for him and wish him continued success.
  • This dude on another level. The way he ducks the questions and make you think he answered when he just really spoke for 2 minutes without really saying anything. Dude a genius!

It’s clear that a lot of y’all came here for some “tea”. Since he didn’t give it to you y’all wanna question his emotional state. I think that says more about you, than it does about him. Someone choosing to not engage in everything that comes their way is a sign of maturity. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have emotions or he don’t feel the impact of the slander. He just chooses to deal with it in a different way. As he said, more than once. Being Unbothered doesn’t mean you don’t deal with your emotions. Yet, y’all want him to be like the other chatty pattys that were on Drink Champs. All parties involved in B2K are responsible for the breakup. He’s basically telling you that and he realized how the management used him to create friction. Their wasn’t a real brotherhood like y’all want to believe. He’s absolutely right, brothers don’t move like they were moving. It’s harsh to hear but somebody had to say it. But J Boog is the one still doing business with Chris Stokes. I think y’all really need to learn how to read in between the lines. It’s absolutely nothing wrong with anyone choosing their peace over what other people want. Including the fans.

“Unbothered” doesn’t mean absence of hurt or absence of emotions. It simply means that you choose not to invest your energy in things that no longer serve you.
  • O has grown so much over the years spiritually, emotionally, mentally you can tell that he has truly found peace and I am here for it! I love how he talks about the experience of his own journey watching this makes you want to do the same as well

His laid back smooth demeanor is definitely hereditary. I know his dad personally and he's a good dude. Listening to him speak the fruit don't fall far from the tree.
  • Omarion has perfected the art of saying a bunch without saying much! 🤣💯🔥

Lol I love Omarion. Someone needs to count how many times he said ‘You know what I’m saying’ and ‘You know’. 😂
  • Omarion is playing a psychological game with everybody. He’s clearly dancing around getting straight to key points of questions and he says “you know” about a 100 times.
  • @olijadu
He is right. People who are truly your brothers or true family experience zero jealousy no matter how much more successful u are than them. So be alert and recognize the snakes around u

I loved everything about this interview! Being unbothered has little to do with what’s being done to you or around you and has everything to do with making the choice to not let the circumstances steal your peace. I love it!

I love Omarion's energy it is peaceful, it's calming and pleasant. I know it took a lot for him to get there and people want to always see drama play out and someone just snap and go off the wall when they are experiencing drama and trauma in the public eye but he has maintained his composure, shown good character and growth. Is he perfect in what may have occurred with what transpired in the past? No, because he is human but it seems he is about taking accountability for himself and wanting that from others. I wish him nothing but peace, happiness and continued healing and growth as well as everyone else that is hurting in this Iconic group.
  • This interview was so dope!! I love that Omari brought clarity to what being Unbothered REALLY means and also how positive he kept his responses even when talking about situations that weren’t so good. He is constantly growing and shining in the face of adversity and I love that about him too. He is wonderful. His new book is one of my favorites. I also have audiobook for it and it is absolutely amazing. I can’t wait until his Full Circle album is released 💜💜💜

I am so Proud of Omarion and he has Overcame the Odds by dealing with his Bitter Band Members Who just don't see the Point of being Happy and Supportive Towards Omarion. But hey it's okay because God is Showing Him Favor and helping Him to Grow O's Inner Peace. And especially when it comes to all the bad things that they did behind his back. And he still kept it moving because he just didn't See The importance of wasting his time and energy by feeding into the Negativity. And he has done the right thing by doing that. And it is Wonderful how he continues to have Thick skin to talk about his personal issues with the Group and Why he made the Best Move by not Dealing with the Drama and Bs that they once put him Through Anymore. #peaceoverIgnorance 2023 Real Talk!!!

It’s ok to be bothered. To feel, to be hurt. Emotions are normal. How you process through those emotions and that feeling of being bothered is what matters.
  • Those saying he isn’t saying anything or he isn’t truly unbothered, you obviously aren’t in a place in your life where you understand how to communicate and display your emotions effectively…you may be the exact person people are trying to forgive and forget
  • I won’t lie listening to this interview really made me love him more. I 100% innerstand him on a whole different level because, I too am currently on my own journey to healing and becoming more self aware. Big up’s to him
