Well that was interesting about melatonin. I've used it for several years as I do have trouble sleeping. I use the sublingual form. However if you're using that make sure you don't take it more than half an hour before sleeping. It works very quickly. It's very good because it's easily absorbed that way. I wasn't aware that magnesium oxide could bind phosphorus. That's interesting. However I would make sure to take magnesium oxide with a meal otherwise the laxative effect could be a bit much. Anyway thanks for another great video.
