ORIGINAL PIECE ALERT 🚨🚨🚨He hasn't done one in a year with Outer Fields. These song titles and songs themselves seem like they're straight out of an indie game or some shit. Definitely an adventure game feel but yet therapeutic. Sounds like a humble medieval town or a song from a Ghibli movie or Nintendo game. Outer Fields gives a desert feel, it sounds epic yet melancholic. It could be a song near the beginning of the game or an endgame song.

you can tell luke is kind of a music scientist and im amazed at how talented he is with so many instruments.
  • @ProbablyBacon
At first I was like “oh cool what video game is this from,” but he composed it himself??? That’s so awesome, dude! Keep it up!

This is absolutely wonderful, it reminds me of classic RPGs somehow. If you told me this was an official Square Enix reorchestration, I wouldn't even question it!
  • Telling a story without a single thing but music is the purest mark of instrumental genius.

I don't speak English, but I feel the need to thank you, your videos and covers inspired me to study music, the best decision I have ever made, thank you for inspiring me and many others

The harp is such a calming instrument, frfr. I don't think I've heard harp music that could be considered fast-paced.
  • It shows your genius when you invoke emotions with no lyrics. There's no context, no words, no explicit information yet I think I speak for all of us when I say I can TASTE everything about this piece. You are the one man army of music on media, and I have nothing but respect for you and your music. Great job, I look forward to your next piece, whether it be cover or original I know it will be great.

This is giving “meeting the love interest for the first time while strolling” vibes
  • If the sound was compressed slightly, I could definitely see this being in a harvest game. Quite beautiful.

So peaceful, so mellow! My depression doesn't stand a chance Thank you :)

Really beautiful and calming. Reminded me of when i was a kid walking through the forest ❤
  • This is beautiful, it feels like skipping through a slightly magical forest, next to peaceful farmland, on a warm early summer day. No worries, no fears, just greenery, butterflies, moss, and flowers. Thank you for making this song, it has touched my heart.

  • I can't not smile while listening to this. What a wonderful piece ☺️☺️
  • It's actually been a perfect summer day where I live here in the US. It felt very much like this piece. Seems bookended by a lot of rain, but today was just breezy and warm. Great composition, Luke.
