Playstation 3 Cooling Issues Solved? (RLOD)

In a previous video I went over my resurrecting this old thing via the "Reflow" method. This worked fine for a while, but after a few weeks died again due to a continuing thermal runaway condition.

Instead of screwing around, this time I figured it's time to remove it from the case and come up with a different solution to keep this thing cooled down as I have zero confidence in the stock cooling that sony chose to include with this console.

Reflow is short term, reballing is long term. But does it justify the cost?
