A year and 4 months sober off drugs and alcohol, this is the best I've felt in a long time, not the easiest but the benefits of ridding my body of toxins and reestablishing healthy habits is the greatest accomplishment I've done in my 30 years on this earth.

They grow so dang fast 😢 Johns such a great kid, he's been raised right with love, support and just as importantly lots of fun and amazing memories with his father. It's clear that you're the type of father where if John suddenly showed an aptitude and interest for something say computers, electronics what-have-you that you'd nurture, encourage and support that fully. Which is awesome, it gives me joy and hope for our younger generations when I see parenting done right. Stay awesome and stay safe all of you!
