I make packets up at home, put them in zip lock bags with tags, and no muss, no fuss just do the fire and relax. Your recipes are great!

When you mix the dry ingredients at home... for the blueberry crumble, add little pats of butter to it and knead the zip baggie until you have a crumbled mixture. One way to make sure it is easily incorporated when heating the bag.

those all sound fantastic! we called them "hobo dinners" haha. the staple for us was ground beef, potato, carrot, onion, salt and pepper. Cubed small with a pad of butter and tossed into the coals. Its a must anytime i camp. brings my right back to being a kid camping with grandma and grandpa. love it

I use parchment papper inside the foil. Helps with several issues.

You should try a season mix packet like McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning (my personal favorite). These looked wonderful and easy to make (I love a packet meal for dinner) (I again use hamburger patty for convenience ) Keep camping and I'll keep watching.

Great ideas! I've only tried barritoes wrapped in foil, but these look like great camping additions!
