I have to give my testimony! I have struggled with my weight for years since i was a child, and in june of 2023, i was at my largest weighing 264 lbs. Food, especially junk food, was my weakness, i ate when i was happy, sad, irritated, mad, bored,etc etc. But in September of 2023, God led me to fast for 7 days (i dont encourage this amount of time unless God leads you! 7 days of no eating or drinking. When the fast ended, my desire for sweets, fast food, junk food, and processed food ended as well. God had blessed me in ways that i never ever experienced, my health turned around No longer pre-diabetic, or at risk for hypertension, ovarian cyst that was growing can no longer be found, GOD even taught me how to take care of my natural body in ways i never thought of! and as of today, i weigh 202lbs. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!

I was set free from the spirit of lust after a seven day fast....within three months of that fast I was married and in a brand new home.I wasnt fasting for ANY OF THOSE REASONS...I just wanted to know God's will for my life and he showed up and showed out!

Can I tell y’all about our GOD ⁉️ our GOD healed me from cancer as a child. I used to be in the hospital constantly, getting sick with fever or stomach aches for years. WHO would have knew I had cancer of the stomach. 5 years old.. My momma took me to a specialist who scheduled me to have surgery to remove the tumor before it became bigger but the next day my momma took me to her pastor, she prayed with her hand on my belly and let me tell you!!!!!!! I went back to that hospital, layed on that surgery table and THAT TUMOR WAS GONE! GONE GONE GONE LIKE I WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. The staff was all amazed. I ain’t ever have to go back to the hospital for stomach issues since. I’m now In my 30’s WON’T HE DO IT. 👏🏾🙏🏾🤎 I owe it all to GOD. He also took whole of my momma with her sickness. I just finished a 3 day water fast yesterday and the Father always shows up and shows out! The flesh always needs to be put in check. 😉

I remember fasting once. I was on a 14 day water only fast. And I got a headache during the fast. So I decided to pray about it. I went to my room, closed the door and got on my knees. Bowed my head and whispered a very short prayer. It went something like God please take away this headache and the very moment I finished my prayer, the very second I finished those words God took away the headache. It vanished instantly. I was in awe, and I was scared at the same time… It strengthened my faith in God… So yeah, fasting definitely helps improve your overall walk with God.

Amen!!! Our fasting does not move God, it moves us.

You know what the Holy Spirit brought me to this YouTube channel. I am on day 2 of the Daniel fast. It has been amazing. I tried the water only fast back in February of this year and I was going to do it for 7 days. Well I fumbled and I tore some salmon up on the third day. I felt soo condemned.. BUT whenever I did The water fast for those 3 days with prayer, God SPOKE TO ME.. I had a serious pounding in my head didn’t know what it was. I was supposed to have a scheduled emergency MRI in February this year. The doctors office called.. the nurse was saying that my health insurance got cut off. I wasn’t aware of it at the time until I called Medicaid. Never received letters in the mail or anything.. and they told me, yes it got cut off because of income. I make too much money. Thank God for my finances, but I didn’t have health insurance to get this MRI to see what was wrong with my brain.. it was scary. And the Holy Spirit spoke to me in that moment and said “you need to do a fast for 7 days”.. I was like doubting myself to be able to go without food for 7 whole days lol.. but I jumped right in cold turkey, not knowing what I was doing but I just gave all of my worries to him. I prayed over my mind and my son and my household.. I praised and worshiped him in my bedroom. I read his word and everything.. I was content and went to bed with some prophetic word instrumental in the background while I slept.. I slept really good that night as well, then the Lord woke me up at 3AM! And said Mathew 9:18, in a calm voice, then it got a little louder as I was opening and closing my eyes because I was sleepy, then I heard a loud MATHEW 9:18!!! When I tell y’all I shot up and said “okay Lord”. Grabbed my Bible that was next to me and what stuck out to me the most was verses 20-22 which says “Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, She said to herself if I only touch his cloak I will be healed”. That to me stuck out in a way of, I trusted the Lord and I went out to seek what he had for me within the fast. Then verse 22 says Jesus turned and saw her “TAKE HEART DAUGHTER”, he said, “YOUR FAITH HAS HEALED YOU”.. and the woman was healed in that moment.. And when I tell y’all the Lord had healed me from that sharp pain in my head. That is my testimony. And he wants me to do a 3 day water fast within this 21 days of prayer and fasting and best believe I’m going to obey. And I’m 26 turning 27 this year. I’m a single mother and this spiritual journey has not been easy for me. I’m just now trying to get back with God and trying to climb my way up back to the Kingdom. God has also called me to be more of a proverbs 31 woman. I literally watched that proverbs 31 woman video and then this video popped up and the Lord spoke to me through y’all and I am forever grateful. I’ve been fasting for a few weeks now and I was going to end it but I felt lead not to. Every am I look on YouTube in general for spiritual growth & came across this message so I clicked for further knowledge. Not knowing God actually sent me here personally. I’m 37 now and have been suffering with Fibromyalgia since I was 17.(it’s bad constant excruciating pain all throughout my entire body, so I could relate). Now I’m convinced I received my breakthrough confirmation and I will be completely healed sooner than later. A few month prior I received prophetic word saying” I will be healed but it’s tied to my spiritual growth “… I just wanted to write back as u guys asked to let u know the word that birthed in me is MY revelation & I receive my healing in the name of Jesus I will no longer accept my diagnosis! I just thought I'd share my testimony, just being moved by Isaiah 58:6 - 9. In 2022, I was hospitalised and told that I had to take antidepressants to stabilise my mental state. Last year, I felt this conviction from the Holy Spirit to go back to church in my local community and prioritise God through prayer and reading scripture. I'm blessed to say that God has helped me stay off these antidepressants for the last year. There is power in the name of Jesus Christ🙏

Okay but her story of when she did that 10 day fast and the doctor came back and told her she wasn’t sick. Can’t no one tell me we don’t serve an amazing God. Wow!! 🙏🏽❤️

I love your example starve one and feed the other. The most effective fast is turning off everything that doesn’t feed the spirit for the duration of your fast. For example not eating but continuing to watch things that inject a spirit of lust, fear, hate, etc… will hinder if not halt one’s results. Thanks for sharing!
