2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

Filling (per waffle):

4 oz sausage patty, cooked
1 slice cheese
1 fried egg
