Whoa Gray and red with red wheels ! What a combo 😬
-
Happy Friday Everyone! Thanks Shawn, for another great drop. The Nova was bad-ass when he bought it, but Lakeside Speed & Shine took it to another level. Great work and a truly amazing car to own and drive
-
That color is absolutely beautiful
-
I want a Nova so bad. I have seen all of you Nova interviews. This one is right up there with the rest of them. Very sick build
-
ROGAN GAVE YOU A MAJOR SHOUT OUT ON HIS LAST EPISODE WITH THE ROADSTER SHOP BOYS YESTERDAY!!!!!HELL YEAH BROTHER!!!YOU HAVE HIT THE BIG TIME!!!!DONT FORGET US LIL GUYS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE FROM THE START BROTHER!!!!KEEP ROCKN SEAN!!!!!

Another beauty build by Lakeside. I'm all about respecting these car's capabilities. Hey, when you have the kind of cash it takes to build a custom hot rod like this, It's about fun, not about beating the snot out of it... even though you could.
-
That 66 Nova is definitely not a pig in a wig...sounds like it should...hangry AF! Wicked sick build.
-
Really cool to see how involved the owner is with the build. You can really tell how passionate he is about it. I dig the red om the rims, color is so rare nowaday on rims and i appriciate it being different. Killer build. Great show.
-
Love the colour combo that grey with black stripe with red pinstripe just sets it off. Beautiful.
-
This grey color is everywhere now…. Very cool modern color on resto mods
-
Very Very nice! Thanks for always coming through with the Fly rides.
-
It keeps getting better and better Shawn! Nova is stellar!
-
Badass car! I agree I would go with black carpet and put the amplifiers in the trunk or hide them. I also love the black trim around the windows.
-
66 nova with an ls3 is my dream . Absolutely love it 😀
-
those red guts with the contrasting nardo cage....oh my im drooling!! cheers
-
LA has always been the Mecca for Hot Rodding right after WW2.
-
Beautiful Nova man, seriously BAD-ASS!!!

So good! Had the 66 SS with a 4 bolt 327 that I built in Mom's basement back in high school back in the mid 70's. Put every paycheck I had in it at $1.65/hour and thanks to the swap meets and helpful vets who were everywhere in Detroit's hottest stuff of the day, I had a smokin' ride. Still recall every race I had on the streets in South Mpls including the time I ran against a 62 Chevy II and a better driver with a bigger budget. He had that pearly shag carpet on the rear deck and that's bout all I got to see! He dropped by later at the A & W to give me few tips on launching and how to better set the timing! Great car! Great times and great people everywhere back then.

This Nova is absolutely smoking hot, congratulations James. 🤜🏻

Thank you for detailing the wheel and tire sizes!! It's super helpful information to folks that are trying to gauge what they might want to do on their own projects at home. Excellent video! I like the look of the rear tucked wheels. Frankly, the stance generally is oustanding. Well done Sir, and sweet ride Yo.
