I moved to a NEW CITY and start my MASTER'S COURSE so I'm really excited at about that! With me starting something new, I found that I've really lacked MOTIVATION to do all the things I WANT and NEED to do. It took me ASKING FOR HELP and getting UNEXPECTED ASSISTANCE to get me back on track!

Asking for and receiving help is just as important as giving. Being able to receive is a gift!

Great vid! Asking for help is something I've learnt during lockdown and I've found it so useful in working toward my goals. It's important you believe in yourself and your journey but at the same time you don't need to try to achieve it by yourself. Your #Train300 is also motivating me, I'm slyly counting even though I'm not officially in it so thanks for that too 👌
