Noticed now that you've found the PTO engaged a few times in the trucks, you should have a stern talk with guys about the dollar amount damage and wear that happens and that they'll be working for some weeks for free if they want to keep their jobs

Have Big Ray or the guys clean up that nice new equipment after every job not like last year . Not just the bucket or bin but wipe the concrete splatter and dust off the machines .The guys almost always are done early and they need to keep that equipment clean instead of just sitting around or leaving early. Or a trip to Daniel for a talkin to !
